Robby Oylear
Project Mechanical Engineer
Robby joined Rushing as an intern at the University of Washington before graduating in September 2007 with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and joining us full time as a project engineer. Robby’s interests in college were control systems engineering and his student projects included Mechatronics and the Human Powered Submarine.
Robby also interned with the Defense Contract Management Agency focusing his skills on evaluating cost, scheduling, and performance metrics for various department of defense contracts. He gained experience in systems engineering as well as acquisition processes.
Robby is currently supporting our senior staff in energy modeling, design layout, HVAC load calculations, equipment sizing, and plumbing design.
