Hollis Heron
P.E., LEED® AP; Director, Electrical Engineering
With more than 19 years of
engineering experience, Hollis brings expertise in the design of complex
infrastructures; she is experienced in the design of power distribution,
lighting, raceway and computer support, emergency power, life safety,
telecommunications cable plants, and solar photo-voltaic arrays. From
2003-2008, Hollis was instructor for the Building Technology II class at
the University of Washington.
In her spare time, Hollis performs in light opera and musical theater.
Haley Krommenhoek
E.I.T.; Electrical Project Engineer
A dynamic member of our integrated design team, Haley
completed her degree in electrical engineering and is involved in all
aspects of electrical design. She has a particular interest in
energy-efficient research and design, in lighting systems and fixtures,
and is proficient in the Visual software tools for lighting
layout.
Haley has the distinction of being the only Rushing employee with the unique opportunity to commute to work via kayak.
Emily Myers
Electrical Project Designer, Lighting Designer
While completing her degree in interior design, Emily gained experience with lighting design, architectural drafting, and 3D Modeling & rendering. With a detailed approach to every project, Emily assists project teams by developing lighting layouts, controls, energy efficiency measures, and specifications.
Emily loves to travel overseas and enjoys taking off to a new destination once a year.
