Craig Gagner

P.E.; Sr. Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer

Craig has 34 years experience in the industry working in general construction, design/build contracting, and design engineering. In addition to mechanical design, his diverse background also includes being a commissioning test engineer and Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker in the HVAC trade. Craig is highly knowledgeable in pricing, value engineering, conceptual design, engineering, pre-construction, and the technical aspects of construction.

Nathan Miller

P.E., LEED® AP; Mechanical Engineer

Nathan is passionate about sustainable practices and is ardent about incorporating them into his designs. He has expertise in natural ventilation and energy modeling, is co-chair of the Seattle Branch Cascadia Green Building Council's Steering Committee, and is involved in the Seattle Climate Partnership.

Nathan's perfect day is a sunny bike ride to the farmers' market to buy some Rainer cherries and a fresh load of bread.

Erik Olnon

P.E., LEED® AP; Mechanical Engineer

Erik provides expertise in plumbing and hydronic piping design, load calculations, low- and medium-pressure ductwork design, product selection, and equipment scheduling. Working with new construction, complex remodels and historic renovations, he is experienced in many project types. Erik is in the MBA program at the University of Washington; he brings a can-do attitude and is passionate about providing clients cost-effective solutions with minimal environmental impacts.

Robby Oylear

E.I.T., LEED® AP; Mechanical Project Engineer

Robby has a passion for sustainable practices, an eye for accuracy, and focuses on HVAC, plumbing, and piping design; energy modeling; and LEED management. He is an active member in local Energy Code development and performs project quality assurance on all energy code issues to assure that the most effective decisions are made to save both energy and cost.

Robby had his fifteen minutes of fame when he was featured in an E.E. Robbins commercial with his wife, sharing their engagement story.

Grant Young

LEED® AP; Designer

With a passion for 3-D design and puzzle-solving, Grant brings more than 10 years experience with integrated design of building systems and manufacturing components. He designs mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and is proficient in AutoCAD MEP and Revit.

Grant once had three barbeque grills going at once and managed not to burn any of the food.

Jeff Lynch

P.E., LEED® AP; Mechanical Engineer

Jeff is dedicated to project solutions that are cost-effective and sustainable. During his nearly 10 years of mechanical and plumbing design, he has provided solutions for institutional, educational, mixed-use residential, and high-rise office buildings for both new construction and complex remodels. In addition to consulting engineering, Jeff worked in the design/build industry for 3 years, which provides him insight into the perspective of the contractor through the design and construction processes.

Jeff loves to get out into the mountains; carrying everything he needs to survive in his backpack.

Maxwell Greenheck

LEED® AP; Mechanical Project Engineer

Maxwell has been practicing HVAC and plumbing systems engineering for 4 years. He has experience in completing whole-building mechanical systems design from the schematic design phase through to building construction and turnover. Maxwell's diverse skill set also includes creating energy models to assist in identifying cost-effective building upgrades and improved building energy performance.

Although having the longest commute to work, Maxwell opts to spend that time supporting the transit system in lieu of a gas guzzling car.

Mitch Fotes
