Alexandra Ramsden

LEED® AP, CSBA; Director

With more than 10 years experience in the interior architecture and sustainable design industry, Alexandra brings a wealth of environmental expertise to the table. With a uniquely diverse background of science and architecture, she provides a holistic approach to leading initiatives and creating tools to incorporate sustainable design strategies into projects. With a variety of project types under her belt, from office buildings to cemeteries to bus maintenance facilities, she is able to creatively guide a project team to a customized solution. Alexandra is an instructor for the National Sustainable Building Advisor Program (NaSBAP) and lectures on the process of integrated design, Zero-Impact Design, Living Building Challenge and LEED implementation, worldwide.

Yeonok Morley

LEED® AP, CSBA; LEED Administrator

Yeonok has 15 years experience in providing quality business development and marketing services. Yeonok is Rushing's resource for marketing research, proposal writing, marketing collateral, web site updates, and business development coordination. Because of her diverse skill set, Yeonok is also a member of the Blackbird Studio where she prepares project documentation, and interfaces with the GBCI for project LEED compliance. As a graduate of the National Sustainable Building Advisor Program (NaSBAP), Yeonok is adept at code research, regulation interpretation, and LEED calculations. Yeonok is a crucial element of the life-support of Rushing and offers unique experience and unmistakable passion for sustainability and engineering.

Michelle Lewandowski

LEED® AP; Project Assistant

Michelle assists the Blackbird studio and the Business Administration team at Rushing with a thoughtful, organized perspective. In addition to project support, her experience includes 3D modeling, architectural design, drafting, and graphic design. Her background makes her particularly adept at LEED documentation: gathering building data, conducting research, and composing green building operations documents.

Michelle can be seen running on Seattle's many trails, and trains for races by covering the entire loop around Lake Union.

Robby Oylear

E.I.T., LEED® AP; Sustainability Consultant

Robby has a passion for sustainable practices, an eye for accuracy, and focuses on HVAC, plumbing, and piping design; energy modeling; and LEED management. He is an active member in local Energy Code development and performs project quality assurance on all energy code issues to assure that the most effective decisions are made to save both energy and cost.

Robby had his fifteen minutes of fame when he was featured in an E.E. Robbins commercial with his wife, sharing their engagement story.

Nathan Miller

P.E., LEED® AP; Sustainability Consultant

Nathan is passionate about sustainable practices and is ardent about incorporating them into his designs. He has expertise in natural ventilation and energy modeling, is co-chair of the Seattle Branch Cascadia Green Building Council's Steering Committee, and is involved in the Seattle Climate Partnership. Nathan has reviewed more than 75 energy models for LEED compliance on behalf of the USGBC.

Nathan's perfect day is a sunny bike ride to the farmers' market to buy some Rainer cherries and a fresh load of bread.
