Known for her straight talk, Rae Anne brings
energy, expertise, and passion to every aspect of Rushing. Her primary
focus is strategic planning and management of engineering and
construction services. She is committed to making cost and
constructability information available early in the development and
design process so that important decisions can be based upon full and
informed analysis. With more than 20 years in the industry, Rae Anne
understands the necessity of getting clients into their facility on time
and in budget. In addition, she brings big-picture perspective relative
to sustainability.

Scott Rushing
P.E., LEED® AP; Co-Founder; Director, Engineering Services
Scott cuts to the chase. Co-founder of Rushing and active in the local engineering and design/build community, Scott has provided solutions for an extensive range of project types with all levels of complexity. He oversees all engineering at Rushing, is an industry-recognized expert at code analysis, and performs energy modeling, LEED concept development, and utility incentive procurement. Scott is adept at delivering appropriate solutions that optimize performance while meeting owner criteria, including cost constraints.
Eric Vander Mey
P.E., LEED® AP; Principal; Director, Mechanical Engineering
With a reputation for precision, and a passion for details and problem solving, Eric is dedicated to project solutions that are cost-effective and energy-efficient. In addition to consulting engineering, he worked in the design/build industry for more than 10 years, which contributes to his thorough understanding of the contractor's perspective on every project. Eric is an appointed member of Seattle's Construction Codes Advisory Board.
