• Description: Mechanical engineering services for various projects include energy and feasibility studies for future campus expansion, and schematic design for tenant improvements. *Additional projects completed by firm principals prior to the formation of Rushing included renovation of the original historic steam plant building and the addition of two new campus buildings with research labs, tissue culture, vivariums, and administrative offices. These buildings are FDA cGMP validated facilities.
