• Description: Peer review for the design of tenant improvements for occupants of this 5-level, 335,000 SF downtown shopping mall consisting of high-end retail shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. *Original design of the new $150 million structure was provided by firm principals prior to the formation of Rushing.
