Group Health Central, Seattle: Evaluation and recommendations for seven buildings. Services included the evaluation of HVAC and plumbing systems. Study included evaluation and recommendations for mechanical system adjustments to bring building into current code and Department of Health compliance, potential for future tenant occupancy strategies, and general comment on design and installation.
600 Broadway, Seattle: 6 Story MOB. Services included shell and core HVAC and plumbing engineering. Multiple tenant build-out including the engineering of MRI and imaging suites, surgery suites, dental suites, and medical gas systems.
Mirabella Retirement Center, Seattle: 12-story commercial high-rise retirement center with 300 independent living units as well as skilled nursing and assisted living units and ground-floor retail. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, construction administration, project management, and cost estimating.
