ACT Theater Renovation, Seattle: High-rise renovation for three live theater spaces as well as multifamily housing. Services included HVAC and plumbing design and commissioning. Mechanical systems were designed to meet stringent acoustical requirements.
Zymogenetics Steam Plant, Seattle: Conversion of landmark high-rise steam plant into laboratory and headquarters with BL-3 labs, vivarium, chemical labs, administration, and tissue culture suites. Services included HVAC and plumbing engineering, cost estimating, construction management, and commissioning.
Seaboard Building, Seattle: 11-story historic renovation for condominiums, offices, and retail. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, commissioning, and project management. Building included mechanical smoke control and was integrated with the DDC and Fire alarm systems.
