  • Zymogenetics Steam Plant, Seattle: Conversion of landmark high-rise steam plant into laboratory and headquarters with BL-3 labs, vivarium, chemical labs, administration, and tissue culture suites. Services included HVAC and plumbing engineering, cost estimating, construction management, and commissioning. 

  • Zymogenetics Earl Davie Building Phase I, Seattle: New mid-rise with vivarium, chemical labs, administration, and tissue culture suites.  Project included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, commissioning, and project management.

  • Zymogenetics Earl Davie Building Phase II, Seattle: High-rise addition with FDA validated small scale pharmateutical production plant, labs, administration. Services included HVAC and plumbing design.

  • Bend Research Pharmaceutical Plant, Bend, OR: Remodel of existing pharmaceutical plant with confidential details.  Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, and project management.

  • ICOS Pharmaceutical Pilot Plant, Bothell, WA: Renovations including FDA validated Class 100, 1000, and 10,000 clean rooms, cold rooms, and tissue culture suites. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, and project management.

  • Sanofi Manufacturing Plant, Bothell, WA: The renovation created Class 1000 and 10,000 manufacturing areas, cold rooms, and tissue culture suites. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, and project management. 

  • Pacific NW Research Center, Seattle: Seven-story high-rise medical research center with vivarium, chemical labs, administration, and tissue culture suites. Services included HVAC and plumbing design.

  • 9th & Stewart Life Sciences Building, Seattle: 11-story high-rise laboratory building for biotech R&D tenants, LEED Certified. The project’s design included infrastructure for a 15,000 SF vivarium, fume exhaust systems, 100% outside air supply and exhaust, as well as office HVAC systems. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, building condition evaluation, and project management.

  • Fairview Research Center, Seattle: New laboratory building shell & core to house biotech R&D tenants.  The project’s design included infrastructure for a 10,000 SF vivarium, fume exhaust systems, 100% outside air supply and exhaust, as well as office HVAC systems. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, and project management. 

  • Starbucks R&D Labs, Seattle: Tenant improvement for a food product research and development lab in a historic high-rise. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, and project management. 

  • Starbucks Pilot Plant, Seattle: Tenant improvement for manufacturing R&D space in Starbucks corporate headquarters. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, and project management.
