  • 2000 3rd Ave, Seattle: 44-story apartment building, seeking LEED Silver Certification. Rushing Company services include a Basis of Design for HVAC and plumbing design build delivery, schematic drawings, peer review, cost estimating, and site inspections.

  • Olive 8, Seattle: 35-story hotel and condominium project seeking LEED Silver Certification. Services included design of HVAC systems consisting of chilled water, and hot water fan coils serving each unit. The central chilled water plant includes air-cooled chillers and steam converting to hot water for distribution. Steam is a utility provided by Seattle Steam. Rushing Company services include a Energy simulation for LEED Silver EA Credit 1 compliance.

  • Seaboard Building, Seattle: 11-story historic renovation for condominiums, offices, and retail. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, commissioning, and value engineering. Building included mechanical smoke control and was integrated with the DDC and Fire alarm systems.

  • Mirabella Retirement Center, Seattle: 12-story commercial high-rise retirement center with 300 independent living units as well as skilled nursing and assisted living units and ground-floor retail. Services included HVAC and plumbing design, cost estimating, construction administration, and project management.

  • Woodinville Village, Woodinville, WA: Two-building multi-use complex with retail, garage, and three levels of residential. Rushing Company provided design/build bridge documents and contractor proposal review for HVAC and plumbing systems.

  • Chelan Condominiums, Chelan, WA: This is a two-building complex with garage and three levels of residential. Rushing Company provided design/build bridge documents for HVAC and plumbing systems.

  • Esplanade Condominiums, Tacoma: 8-story condominium on Tacoma's landmark waterfront esplanade. Rushing Company provided peer review services.
